Melissa Henderson

Melissa Henderson is an international lifestyle writer and businesswoman who resides in New York City.  She graduated from The George Washington University with a degree in Political Science and has since developed her career working with publishing houses, fashion and beauty brands, and writing about her experiences.

LAGOS is a fine jewelry brand founded 40 years ago by Philadelphia native Steven Lagos. Today, his team of 100+ skilled artisans and business associates have nurtured over 240 retail doors in the US, including real estate in Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales and Nordstrom. From roadshows, where Mr. Lagos would visit jewelry counters across the country to meet his vivacious customers, to immigration laws and his theory on bad pieces of jewelry, the brand has cherished how much they are apart of their customers’ lives.

Travels with Nina 

TRAVELS WITH NINA is the online journal and portfolio of Australian travel writer Nina Karnikowski, who focuses on wild, transformative adventures off the beaten trail.Nina’s travel career has taken her across Mongolia in ex-Russian military vehicles, through the Moroccan desert on the back of a camel, tramping through India’s kaleidoscopic streets, safariing through East Africa and beyond.

Mi Mi Chloe Park

Mi Mi is an intellectually curious traveler who resides in Brooklyn.  Mi Mi grew up in the South of France and New York City. Currently, she works for a French advertising agency and loves to document her experiences through the lens of a 35mm camera. Follow her journey on Instagram @airpleinmode.

RUNA

For thousands of years guayusa (gwhy-you-suh) has played a significant role in the lives of indigenous Kichwa families. And it was the Kichwa people who introduced it to the co-founder of RUNA, Tyler Gage. He loved the smooth taste and powerful yet focused energy boost he got from the leaf.  Runa in Spanish means "fully awake."

Malea Thomas 

 Malea Thomas is a recent graduate of American University. She majored in English Literature with a focus in Creative Writing. Since Malea was a little girl, she has always been obsessed with fashion. This summer, she is teaching in Miami and hanging out by the beach.

Emmy Award Winning Producer Alana Blaylock Drives Culture Forward.  Hailing from Northern NJ,  this Documentary Producer produces premium content for networks like Amazon, Youtube Red, and CNN Originals. She finds bliss in traveling and sharing long laughs with friends. Her favorite TV Series of all time is "Sons of Anarchy." Follow her on IG @lanablayy.

Aramide Tinubu 

Aramide A. Tinubu is a film critic and entertainment writer. As a journalist, her work has been published in EBONY, JET, ESSENCE, Bustle, The Daily Mail, IndieWire and Blavity. She wrote her master’s thesis on Black Girlhood and Parental Loss in Contemporary Black American Cinema. She’s a cinephile, bookworm, blogger and NYU + Columbia University alum.

Founded by Alexandria Greenwood with $500 and 5 products, INTUITION.LA is quickly becoming a one stop destination for women's clothing, homewares and accessories, including custom scented candles named after prominent African-American neighborhoods in California. The brand believes in mixing high- low pieces and fashion for ALL.

Deanna First 

New York based artist Deanna First’s work centers on her fascination of the female form and capturing the many personalities of her muses. Deanna received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Kent State University in 2012. Deanna started pursing illustration full-time in 2016, where she focuses on both fluidity and movement in her work. Her client list is quickly growing with her most recent ongoing commissions from Bloomingdale'sSaks Fifth Avenue and Lord & Taylor.
